At least with Extreme the headshot sound works and limited sprinting works too.  Sprinting makes scopes and rifles more difficult and more challenging which i love.    Map voting works too but don't really need that...because the same maps could get overplayed over and over.

I hope COD4 is not taking so much of your time that you can't get shit done on the COD2 server. 

I posted plenty of maps and some that should be must adds like "MatmataN" and "Bridge 2 v1.2".
