Headset?
«

Ok guys ... got my headset back at last.
Wanna start coming onto mumble but its a bit annoying having to pull my PC out and remove my speakers from my soundcard and insert headset. Now my headset has two jacks .... one for Mic and one for the Headphones.
Now on my case at the front I have two connectors for these but these are connected to my MB for the onboard sound ...... what I would like to know .... is there any way I can connect these to my SBLive instead of my motherboard?

you should be able to do both. i think. so have the game playing out of the speakers in the sb live.
and in mumble select the front (onboard) audio for the headet and mic.
get this if it dont work:

Yeah werth that worked but .....................
This is the headset I have:
http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/speakers_audio/headphones/devices/203&cl=gb,en
Now as u can see they are full ear cover headphones which really I also need to hear the sound from CoD2 thru them as well or else would have to have the sound thru my speakers up pretty loud.
So your idea is not really ideal ..... had a search about .... and it seems the only way to do it is to expose the wires coming from my front panel of my case and solder them to the SBLive which again is not good.
Will just have to keep pulling my case out and removing speakers and inserting headset.

And all the jarheads killing and dying, they will always be me. We are still in the desert.
