but how is gaming? isn't cod4 uber smooth maxed out?

I think the CPU is holding back my scores a bit. if i were to upgrade my CPU would i see an increase in SM 2.0/SM 3.0 scores? also, i ran the crysis benchmark and i was getting about 80 FPS and it was glitching =P    this is probably my CPU's fault. and yes, call of duty 4 is uber smooth maxed out at 1680x1050. theres no going back to my 8600 now xD

and quad is at 3.2 .. not 4.0 ... thats the only thing lowering the score

also there is no sli bridge right now because i can't find one!

yeah a LOT ... cod4 never goes under 100 .. grid jump from 55 fps to 70s, Crysis from 20 to 39 fps on high @ 1920x1200

edit: tested cod4 more and on the HC server i get around 150 :D:D and goes upto 300 fps all maxed at the res

hopefully i will be able to get a 4870 soon.  i hope to hit 15000 with one card.  i think it is possible.  also my e8400 is running at like 30 degrees, but my e6400 ran at about 21 degrees.  you think it just needs some burn in time.
