Ok I have been looking into this shit and it looks kinda starnge.
ok first the dam files are in IWD format not that hard to get them to open no special program needed just delete the IWD extension and replace with either .zip or .rar then unrar/unzip new files will fall out in .iwi format..

that is where it seriously anoyed me couldnt get that to open with anything and i mean anything so i googled the answer.
i now have this tiny prog that you simply drag the iwi file to and it makes you a clone in .dds that opens nicely with most imaging programs even paint.

ok so when thats done you can see the skins and edit them...thats as far as i have gotten
I havent a clue what to do next or how to get them back to .IWI or .IWD
but ill keep working.

just a note the skins kinda look like the skins from the sims (kinda)

let me know if you need help with getting the files back to iwi, i got the filters

you can just double click the iwd and select program, and select winrar.

for the iwi, you need a converter to convert it to dds. then you need photoshop with the dds plugin to edit the dds. when done editing, you need to then convert it back to iwi.

OK so im guessing that what we realy want is 4 sets of skins British , american, russian and german.
all sets to carry the clan logo the bull with \ through it or do you want it with  the full NoBS logo I am just an amiture so i will be doing alot of testing to get this right but i do have patiance on my side.

Not sure if its possible for the indevidual uniforms yet but that will come with time and experiance.
also any prefrences in colours for uniforms?

I think the skins you guys have now is fine However your own custom clan skins would be interesting, I just hope your not planning on making them blue
