Hey NoBS,

There are two people with the same issue.

1. In-game name: =S&C=ferk
Issue: He is not a member of S&C, yet he uses our tags and will not remove them when we ask

2. In-game name: =S&C=pegajus
Issue : Same as ferk

It is really pissing our clan off, and we would appreciate it if you banned/got them to remove the tags.  Also, they speak Spanish, which most of us don't, so try that if you want to talk to them.

Moreover we understand it is not your responsibility to moderate our clan, but they have been warned in every way possible and refuse to comply. We feel this is intolerable behavior, which shouldn't be allowed anywhere, as it is both disrespectful and discrepant.  We would really appreciate your help to remedy the situation. We'd do the same for you guys.

banning ferk is going to be easy because he always plays on 5.  But i'm not sure if the clan would approve of banning people with other clan name tags.

the only thing we can do is kick them with a warning, did for NS sometimes, but we cant ban them, cus they arent using our tags, sry buddy!!

Yup we can only kick em as a demonstration of respect towards the S&C clan since we have been friends with em for a long time now.. hopefully this fags will get the point and stop doing it

I agree Dirt the S&C clan has a bunch of nice people in there, not to mention there not a bad clan (personality and gaming wise).  It's pretty sad how there are people out there trying to ruin clan names by having clan tags used by those scumbags

As I said earlier, I really really appreciate you guys for helping us out. It's also nice to hear good feedback about our clan, we try very hard to be distinguished, reputable, and respectful players.

I thought I'd post an update. Pegajus came into server 5 today with the following tags, "S&C-pegajus". Apparently he got the message, and was messing with the name thinking that he might be able to slip past the temporary kick if he modified the name so that pb didn't pick it up word for word. I said something to him, and he immediately dropped the S&C part. He played for about 4 round before changing it back exactly like it was before "=S&C=Pegajus". I typed this out to him; "pegajus =/= S&C". To which he replied; "SI".

He understands exactly what he's doing. Please continue to take a min or two to kick him every time you come across him with these tags. He's getting the message, I just think it's gonna take a couple more times before he gets tired of dealing with this.
